CMC VELLORE ADMISSION
Registration for admission to CMC Vellore is done through online mode. Those who wish to apply can submit the application form on the official website of the institute.
For admission to undergraduate courses, the candidate should have passed class 12 in relevant stream with minimum 50% marks. Candidates having graduation degree in relevant discipline with a minimum required marks from a well-recognized university or Institute are eligible to apply for postgraduate courses.
CMC Vellore Admission is done on the basis of entrance exam which is conducted by the Institute. Listed applicants on the basis of their performance in entrance exam will go for interview round. Qualified aspirants in all stages will be considered for admission.
CMC Vellore MBBS Admission
The Institute provides MBBS Program for the duration of 5.5 years. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS need to obtain minimum 60% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as main subjects.

The selection is done on the basis of entrance exam NEET UG which is conducted by CBSE. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their marks are considered for Interview round. Final selection is done on the basis of overall performance of the candidate.
CMC Vellore Facilities
Library
Well stocked medical libraries exist in both the hospital and college campuses. Scientific journals, MEDLINE system for literature search, internet and reprographic facilities are available in the libraries. There is a well-organized Medical Records Library in the institution as well as a departmental records system. Facilities are provided in these areas for trainees to conduct retrospective case studies from the records. Library service also includes online access to reading journals

Medical Facilities
The town campus houses the main hospital where any of the students can avail medical facilities as per their need. CMC has over 7,600 staff, including over 1,200 doctors and 2,400 nurses. Almost every clinical speciality is catered to. 2600 beds are available for inpatients and over 6000 outpatients are treated daily in the main hospital and in peripheral units.
Infrastructure
There are two main campuses – one, the main campus at the heart of Vellore city, and the other at Bagayam, which is about 7 km from the main campus. CMC has over 7,600 staff, including over 1,200 doctors and 2,400 nurses. Facilities for tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, hockey and table tennis are available on the campus itself.
